Returns & Shipping Policy

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

 

Items may be returned or exchanged according to the guidelines set. Returned items must be in ORIGINAL, unused condition – Free of defects, stains, pet hair and any odors (smoke, perfume, stains, etc), with TAGS ATTACHED. ALL RETURNS MUST BE BACK IN THE STORE WITHIN 7 DAYS! Returned items may be exchanged only. If you cannot find something to exchange you will receive a Store Credit.. Earrings and Decals/Monograms may not be returned. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

 

DAMAGES:

 

Upon receiving your order please inspect your items items ASAP. Store must be contacted IMMEDIATELY if items are damaged, and returned within 3 DAYS!!! If ordered online the return must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt. Contact email: jewelrybycfj@gmail.com. (We check all of our items for damage when we receive them and before they go on the sales floor?)

 

MARKDOWN, SALE and SEASONAL ITEMS:

 

Are FINAL SALES and WILL NOT be given an Exchange, Refund or Store Credit.

LAYAWAY:

 

We offer a 30, 60, or 90 Day layaway!! 20 % must be paid down, you have 3 days to cancel to receive a FULL refund. After 3 days a 20% restocking fee will be charged!



HOLDS:

 

We will hold items for 3 DAYS unless other approval has been given. (NOTE: Because we also have a website we cannot guarantee the item will not be sold online before you come in.). After 3 days we will put the item(s) back out on the sales floor. If you sent a message via Facebook or Instagram, for an item not yet received, we will notify you by PM and also via Facebook. You then have 3 days to pay for the item(s), either by phone, in store or via online order. See NOTE above.

    Shipping:

    • Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days
    • CFJ is not responsible for: delays with USPS shipping or products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once the package has shipped.

    Shipping Items Back:

    • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we are not liable for a package lost during return.
    • You are responsible for shipping your item back and providing insurance if you choose.
